This app is great!!!

This is an awesome app for finding rentals in NYC. After setting my search filters there were a ton of rentals that matched my criteria and they were displayed right on a map of the city. This was just what I needed!

Love the app - but Im having a hard time getting someone to respond about a listing :/

I love this app because I love knowing that everything on here is super official and up to date. Easy to use and good filter/search options.

I downloaded this app hoping to find a more up to date list of homes for rent, which it may be more up to date. However, you cant filter between houses and apartments. I used the filter and set it to homes only and all you click on comes up as apartments and the occasional house and makes this app a nightmare to use for looking at renting a house.

This app will not finish downloading at all after 2 days. Also I cannot delete the app off my phone. STAY AWAY!

The app doesnt have school zones information...

I love the app everything is organized and neat. They find really great properties also! Use the filter to fit your exact needs for example the area codes you choose to live in and how much you want to pay on rent

Im able to see a whole zip code and can move around to neighboring areas as well just by navigating the map!

Please add an option to remove 55+ apartments! I live in south Florida where there are an abundance of retirement communities. I use your app quite a bit, as a realtor and as someone who moves almost once a year. Being able to remove 55+ communities would help tremendously in my use of the app and search for the perfect apartment! Thanks!!!

App has an obnoxious pop up message whenever Im scrolling across the map and reach an open area with no listings. It tells me there are listings and to change my settings, then I must click "OK" before I can do anything else. This is ridiculous and redundant since obviously if there is no little bubble, there are no listings--Im simply trying to get from town to town in a 30 mile radius where there ARE listings without having to click "OK" five times.

What is the point of a filter when it shows everything??? I searched for a house and apartments and town homes came up. Even houses out of my set price range came up. It made searching very annoying.

Only shows high priced apartments! I can find dozens of rental homes online. But this app sure wont let you see them!

Amazing I love how its so easy to use and I dont need to go through different websites to see different properties
